How do I manage a new booking?

In Campsaround you can select and set one of these 2 booking methods:
Booking request and Instant Book

Booking request:
Once you receive a booking request from a guest, an email is sent to you with all the booking information.
You can check your availability on the dates requested and reply accordingly, by approving or rejecting the booking. 

The process is as follows: when a booking request is made for your place, you receive an email with the booking information.
Then:
  1. You log in to your Campsaround account
  2. Go to My bookings ➝ Pending
  • The request is displayed with the options Approve or Reject. Click on one of the 2 options depending on your availability for the selected dates.
  • We remind you that you must respond to the request within 48 hours, after which time it will automatically expire.

When the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email. In case you have set a deposit or 100% online payment, the reservation funds will be transferred to you in the month of check out.
In both cases, you will be informed by email about the progress of the payment of the reservation. If you have set either an advance payment percentage or total payment of the amount via the Campsaround link as your payment method:

A payment link is automatically sent through Campsaround to the guest, after accepting the request, to proceed to the payment. However, if 24 hours have passed since the request was accepted and the guest has not proceeded with payment, the booking will automatically expire and the dates will reappear available on the calendar.
When the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email. In case you have set a deposit or 100% online payment, the money of the booking will be transferred to you in the month of check out.
In both cases, you will be informed by email about the progress of the payment of the reservation.

Instant Book:
Since you have set this booking method, you will be receiving paid bookings directly without having to accept or reject them manually.
 
The procedure is as follows: the guest completes the reservation by paying the appropriate amount (either a percentage of it, if you have set a deposit, or the full amount) within a 15-minute period. You then receive a confirmation email and all the information about the reservation you have received.
The money is transferred to you in the month of check out.
