I have already sent a booking request, but the host has not responded yet. What do I have do?

Once you have booked an accommodation, you can contact the host of the accommodation via Campsaround in the messaging section. In all cases, our team does everything it can to ensure that hosts are aware of the booking requests they receive, so you can get a response as soon as possible. Please note that the owner has 48 hours at his/hers disposal to approve or reject a booking request. After this time period, your request automatically expires.
In all three cases you will be informed by email about the progress of your request.
