How do I add a booking on my PMS?

First of all, to open the PMS you need to log in to your Campsaround account with your credentials.
In the left sidebar, click on PMS and it will open in a new tab.
Once opened , go to the top right of the page and click on the “Add a reservation” button.
A pop-up window appears in front of you with all the booking details in order to fill them in as needed.
First you select the listing for which the reservation was made and the source from which you got it (email, phone, other).
Then you select the check in and check out dates, fill in the total price of the reservation and add the number of adult guests and children (if any).
The “Auto-calculation” option means that you can automatically calculate the total price of the booking by drawing on the prices you have already set in your Campsaround listing.

After that, you write down the guest’s details, such as first and last name, email address, phone number.
Just below that, there is a field called “Booking Notes” in which you can make notes about this specific reservation, such as arrival time, payment details, allergies, etc.
Last but not least, you can set the payment status of the booking. There are 2 options given:
“Pending payment” and “Paid”.
Pending payment can be chosen when a booking has not been paid or confirmed yet.
On the other hand, Paid status can be used when a booking has been paid in full or in part (what you consider a “paid reservation” e.g. a deposit or the full amount paid by bank transfer).
You then click on “Add booking” to save the changes.
