Have a Question?

What’s the difference between instant book and on request ?

At Campsaround, we have 2 booking methods between which each owner can choose from for their listings:

Instant book
When accommodation is marked as “Instant Booking”, it means that as soon as you choose to book an accommodation and fill in your personal and payment information, your booking is confirmed directly without having to wait for the approval of the owner. To narrow your research to accommodations and campsites that are instant book you can go to the top of the Campsaround homepage and click on “Instant Book” button.

On request booking
In accommodations that are marked as “Request Booking”, it means that once you choose to book an accommodation , a request will be sent directly to the owner of the accommodation. If there is availability, the owner will accept your request and an email will be sent to you with a payment link in order to complete your booking. This link will remain active for 24 hours to proceed to payment, otherwise the booking will be expire automatically.
On the other hand, if there is no availability, the owner will reject your request. Then, you will have the opportunity to explore other accommodations and find the one that suits you best from a plethora of options.
