What if I would like to cancel an already paid booking myself?

As soon as you receive a paid booking from a guest, please make sure that you do have availability and that the booking can be completed smoothly.
If for any reason you wish to cancel a paid reservation, you should first contact us directly as soon as possible to explain to us the reason for this need and to give you specific instructions on how to handle it, as each case is different.
In general, however, we do recommend that the owner suggests some alternative date options or type of accommodation to the guest and if they are not suitable to them, we proceed with a full refund of the paid booking.

Please note that trustworthiness between Campsaround , hosts and guests is a top priority for us, so if this occurs frequently, we will may have to remove your listings from the platform.
