I don’t have availability for the booking request I received, but I have on another listing on Campsaround or on alternative dates. What can I do?
The procedure in case you want to recommend another accommodation to a guest is as follows:
1) Log in with your personal credentials to your Campsaround account.
2) Click on “My listings” and all the accommodation listings you have made will be displayed.
Select one (or more) of your other types of accommodation and click on it.
3) Now the tab with the accommodation you want to recommend it’s open.
You select the link and copy it.
4) Then, go to “Messages” in your dashboard and write a message to your guest, where you can paste the copied link and suggest the other option/options.
Otherwise, if you want to suggest alternative dates:
1) Log in with your personal credentials to your Campsaround account.
2) Go to “Messages” on your dashboard, choose the request on which you are referring to and write a message informing the visitor of the alternative dates you have availability.
With this feature, you can contact the guest directly for anything that has to do with the details of the booking.
