Once you have received a booking request and you want to contact the guest directly about the details of the booking, you can use the messages section within your account. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Campsaround account with your credentials.
- Navigate to left section and click to the button “Bookings“. Here, you can find both your pending (waiting for your approval) and approved bookings.
a. Here, you can find your pending (waiting for your approval), approved, cancelled and expired bookings. - Find the booking for which you want to contact the guest.
- Write your message in the blank field to inform the guest of their booking.
- Click “Send Message“.
When the guest has paid the booking, you will be able to see their personal information, such as email, phone number etc. to contact them directly.
