If you want to add some extra services to your listing with their corresponding price, you can follow the steps below.
If you have just set the seasonality to your new listing, and you have just saved it, you click on the “Set extra guests and services” button in the pop up tab.
For the campsite owners:
– Some additional services for pitch types will be displayed by default in the top half of the page. These pitch types will be mandatory for the guest to choose from in order to proceed with the booking.
– You can keep as many mandatory fields as you wish and then add the maximum number and the price for each extra service. You must also choose a “pricing system” depending on how each particular service is charged.
For instance: when the extra service is charged per night (all types of pitches), you select “Multiply by days”.
When the service corresponds to a one-off charge (e.g. laundry use), select “One time fee”, while when the service refers to an activity charged per person/per day, select “Multiply by guests & days”.
In the other half of the page you can add all those services from which the guest is not obliged to choose in order to continue the booking (such as the number of children, electricity supply, etc.).
For accommodations, campsites and RV parks:
1. you enter the name of each service (i.e. use of laundry, car/motorcycle parking, etc.)
2. select the maximum number and add the price for the period in question. We recommend that you set the maximum number of all the services to 5 to make it easier for the user to select them.
3. You also have to choose between 3 pricing systems :
– Multiply by days (charge per day) e.g. parking for car/ motorcycle
– One time fee (one-off charge) e.g. use of laundry
– Multiply by days & guests (charge based on the number of guests and number of stays) e.g. meals.
You can also add some activities that the guests could do for an extra charge, such as massage sessions, rafting or any other kind of sports, cooking lessons etc.
In case you just want to enrich the existing services or change their prices of an existing listing , after logging in to your account, go to “Prices and services“, click on “Edit services” on the page displayed .
Existing services should be displayed. You can change the price of each one, you can discard any one you want by clicking on the trash can button next to it, or you can add as many as you want by clicking on the “Add service” button at the bottom of the page.In each case, follow the steps as mentioned above.
