Once you have sent the booking request, you can use the messages section within your account to contact the host.
- Log in to your Campsaround account.
- Navigate to left section and click to the button “My Bookings“.
- Find the booking for which you want to contact the host.
- Write your message in the blank field to communicate with the host.
- Click “Send Message“.
When the host replies, you’ll receive a notification that will appear in “Messages” .
On the other hand, if you have completed your booking with payment, apart from the way mentioned above, the owner can see your contact details (phone number and email) in order to contact you directly for further clarifications about your booking.
So, you can always contact Campsaround team to facilitate your communication with the owner.
