The steps in case you would like to suggest another accommodation are as follows:

  1. Log in with your personal passwords to your Campsaround account.
  2. Click on “My listings” and all your accommodation listings you have made will be displayed.
  3. You select one of your other accommodations and click on it.
  4. Now the tab with the accommodation you want to suggest has opened.
  5. You select the link and copy this link.
  6. To finish, you go to messages in your dashboard and paste this link into a personal conversation you create with your client via the Campsaround platform.

When your listing is marked “Instant Booking“, it means that you have updated your calendar and therefore the availability dates of your accommodation. This is essential as when someone makes a reservation, the dates will be booked automatically and you will not receive a confirmation email about whether or not you have availability.
If your listing has an instant booking facility, you can save a lot of time because by regularly updating your dates, you won’t have to confirm or reject booking requests. Besides, a very important piece of information is that owners who have instant booking in their listing increased their profits by 30%.

It’s 100% free to register as a host and create listings on Campsaround. Once you start hosting, Campsaround takes a 10% commission fee per confirmed booking made through our platform.

When you create the listing, the description of your accommodation should be in English. Then it will be automatically translated into Greek, until our team fine-tune it. But if you want a different and more accurate description, you can send it to us at [email protected] and we will take care of it.

When a host accepts a booking, they are committed to complete it. Thus, there is no cancellation policy for hosts. If it is absolutely necessary to cancel a booking, please contact us by emailing us at [email protected].

To live your experience as a Campsaround host, start by creating your listing quickly and easily. Simply click on the “Become a host” box and then the “Get started” box. On the page that pops up, you can start listing your accommodation by adding the title, description, photos, prices, and lots of other information.

Flexible

Guests can cancel for free up to 7 days before check-in. If they cancel after that and up to 24 hours before check-in, they will get a 50% refund. If they cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, the booking amount is non-refundable.
Note: To receive a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 7 days before the local time of check-in (it appears in the booking confirmation email).
In any case, when the guest completes a booking, the transaction fee which is 2% is non-refundable.

Moderate

Guests can cancel for free up to 48 hours after booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in. If they cancel after that and at least 14 days before check-in, they will get a 50% refund. After that, the booking amount is non-refundable.
Note: The transaction fee, which equals 2% and the Campsaround’s service fee which equals 10% is non-refundable.

Strict

Guests can cancel for free up to 48 hours after the booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in. If they cancel after that, the booking amount is non-refundable.
Note: The transaction fee, which equals 2% and the Campsaround commission which equals 10% is non-refundable.
Note: In any case it’s at owner’s ease to transfer the booking in different dates, based on the availability.

The steps to update your availability on Booking/Airbnb based on your availability on Campsaround are as follows:

  1. Log in to Campsaround with the passwords you have created for your listing.
  2. You click on the box that says “My listings“, then the button that says active.
  3. After you are taken to your listing you will see 3 buttons (ical , edit, delete).
  4. You select the ical button.
  5. In the ical export field, you take the link that it displays and put it in the corresponding field of the Booking/Airbnb so that the system will be informed of the availability of the Booking/Airbnb when it is booked through Campsaround.
  6. You click save.

The steps to update your Campsaround availability based on your Booking availability are as follows:

  1. Log in to Booking.com -> Rates and Availability -> Move to the bottom of the page -> Export Calendar -> Copy URL
  2. In the ical import field of your Campsaround admin, put the link so that your availability on Campsaround is updated.
  3. You click save.

The steps to update your Campsaround availability based on your Airbnb availability are as follows:

  1. Log in to Airbnb -> Hosting -> Calendar -> Select a property -> Availability Settings -> Scroll down to the “Sync Calendars” section -> Export Calendar -> Copy URL
  2. In the ical import field of your Campsaround admin, put the link so that your availability on Campsaround is updated.
  3. You click save.

If you have your listing on request, then you will receive an email or sms when you have a new booking request.

  1. You log in with your personal passwords to your Campsaround account.
  2. Click on the Pending Bookings field and select Accept.
  3. The guest is notified and has 48 hours to pay.
  4. The guest pays and you are notified of the confirmation of the booking. If the guest doesn’t pay within 48 hours, the booking request is automatically canceled.

When a guest sends a booking request and you accept it, from that moment they have 48 hours to pay for their booking. Once the payment is made, the money is put into the Campsaround account, the 10% fee is committed, and then, according to the cancellation policy you have chosen, the amount of money corresponding to the booking is paid directly to you.

Once you have received the booking request, you can use the messages section within your account to contact the guest.

  1. Log in to your Campsaround account.
  2. Navigate to left section and click to the button “Bookings“.
  3. Find the booking for which you want to contact the guest.
  4. Click “Send Message“.

When the guest has paid the booking, you will be able to see their personal information, such as email, phone number etc.
