The procedure to make your booking at Campsaround is very simple:
- Log in to your account.
- Search for the area you are interested in.
- Find the accommodation you’d like to stay in.
- Choose the days of your reservation.
- Choose the number of people and any extra services you’ll need.
- Make a reservation.
- Go to the search field in the first page and type the area you want to go.
- If you know the dates of your trip, add them in the Check-In – Check-Out area. If you don’t, it’s not a problem. It’s an optional step.
- Click the Search button.
- On the following page, you can scroll through the listings or use the map on the right-hand side to find accommodation near your destination.
- You can use the zoom tools on the map to zoom in on the area you are searching for.
- Click on a listing to navigate to the listing page, and you will find all the information you need.
Once you book an accommodation, you can contact the host of that accommodation through the Campsaround platform, in the messages section. In any case, our team is doing its best to ensure that hosts are aware of the booking requests they receive, so that you can get a response as soon as possible.
Once you have sent the booking request, you can use the messages section within your account to contact the host.
- Log in to your Campsaround account.
- Navigate to left section and click to the button “Bookings“.
- Find the booking for which you want to contact the host.
- Click “Send Message“.
Start your Campsaround experience by creating your account in a quick and easy way. Just click on the “Sign In” field at the top right corner and then register as a guest by filling in the information requested. In the end, click the “Register” button.
That’s it! You are now a member of Campsaround Outdoor Community!
Instant booking
When accommodation is marked “Instant Booking”, it means that as soon as you choose to book an accommodation and fill in your personal and payment information, your booking is confirmed directly.
On request booking
In accommodations that are not marked “Instant Booking”, it means that once you choose to book an accommodation and select the “Request Booking” button, a request will be sent directly to the owner of the accommodation. If there is availability, the owner will accept your request and send you an email to proceed with the booking process. You will have 48 hours to proceed to payment, otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically.
On the other hand, if there is no availability, he will reject your request. Then, you will have the opportunity to explore other accommodations and find another one that suits you from a plethora of options.
- Go to the search field in the first page and type the area where the accommodation you want to go is located.
- If you know the dates of your trip, add them in the Check-In – Check-Out area. If you don’t, it’s not a problem. It’s an optional step.
- Click the Search button.
- On the following page, you can scroll through the search results or use the map on the right-hand side to find the accommodation you want to visit.
- When you find the accommodation you want, click on it to find all the information you need.
You can cancel your booking based on the cancellation policy of the listing you have booked.
At Campsaround there are 3 different types of cancellation policies:
Flexible
Guests can cancel for free up to 7 days before check-in. If they cancel after that and up to 24 hours before check-in, they will get a 50% refund. If they cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, the booking amount is non-refundable.
Note: To receive a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 7 days before the local time of check-in (it appears in the booking confirmation email).
In any case, when the guest completes a booking, the transaction fee which is 2% is non-refundable.
Moderate
Guests can cancel for free up to 48 hours after booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in. If they cancel after that and at least 14 days before check-in, they will get a 50% refund. After that, the booking amount is non-refundable.
Note: The transaction fee, which equals 2% and the Campsaround’s service fee which equals 10% is non-refundable.

Guests can cancel for free up to 48 hours after the booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in. If they cancel after that, the booking amount is non-refundable.

For the best possible service and functionality, as well as to cover the cost of services, Campsaround, when a booking is confirmed, charges a transaction fee of 2% of the booking price.
