Campsaround team participated in the 84rth Thessaloniki International Fair, where it communicated the capabilities and functions of the platform and presented its creative idea to the hundreds of attendees.
The Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) is one of the most significant and oldest trade fairs in Greece and the broader Balkan region. Held annually in Thessaloniki, and more specifically at HELEXPO which is Greece’s national entity, the event is a key fixture for the Greek economy, attracting businesses, entrepreneurs, and consumers from across Greece and international participants.
The novelty of the 84rth International Exhibition lies in the fact that 300 startups participated under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Policy, which gave startup entrepreneurs the opportunity to promote and disseminate their innovative ideas to the attendees, as well as to meet and network with investors, angels and other important stakeholders of the startup ecosystem. The Digital Greece tribute, an initiative of the Ministry of Digital Governance and TIF-Helexpo, in cooperation with Industry Disruptors-Game Changers, attracted the interest of the public at this year’s TIF. More than 300 startups, a record for the Fair, were hosted at Digital Greece. Among these 300 businesses, the presence of the Campsaround team at booth 12 stood out, where co-founders Katerina Kamtsi and Kyriakos Tsigros had the opportunity to talk to prominent people in the technology industry, convey the platform’s potential and functions as well as to network with other startup owners. This year’s exhibition with India as the country of honor attracted around 300,000 visitors.
