The stay concerns one private eco tent within Skiaxtro Cocoon Retreat, a 4.3-acre eco farm designed as a place of slowing down, rest and reconnection with nature.

Located just 200 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the village of Marathopoli, Skiaxtro offers a sense of retreat without isolation.

This is not a typical accommodation, but a quiet place of hosting in nature, ideal for guests seeking simplicity, silence and presence.

You will stay in one private, spacious canvas tent, placed among olive trees and other trees of the farm.

The tent comfortably accommodates 2 people, or up to 3 guests.

Waking up with birdsong, walking barefoot on the earth, swimming in the sea within minutes and resting under the shade of the olive trees are part of everyday life here.

The accommodation is simple, natural and quiet — ideal for rest, reading, reflection and slowing down.

Guests of the tent have access to all shared spaces of the retreat, including:
– shared open kitchen and seating area
– bathrooms with hot water
– outdoor showers
– hammocks and shaded resting areas
– large communal dining table
– yoga deck (72 sqm)
– massage hut
– a reflexology path made of natural materials along a herbgarden

The total number of guests on the farm is limited (approximately 12–15 people) to preserve a calm and quiet atmosphere.

Skiaxtro functions as a cocoon retreat.

At certain times and upon request, gentle yoga practices, massages or small creative and experiential activities may take place. These are not part of the accommodation and are offered only if they naturally align with the rhythm of the space and the guests.

There is no fixed program. Everything is optional.

The space is not suitable for small children, as it is designed for quietness and inner rest.

Dogs and cats live in harmony on the farm. Dogs remain in their own designated area.

Each tent can accommodate one more extra guest with the addition of a mattress for a charge of 20 euros per day.
