Nasu (means “longevity” in Mongolian) is an authentic Mongolian ger, commonly referred to as “yurt”. The room is tastefully furnished and consists of a large double bed and 2 single futons. The yurt stays cool in the summer thanks to its natural ventilation properties and the wood burner will keep you warm in colder months.
The wooden, roofed balcony has a comfortable sitting area with the sweeping view of the valley and, of course, hammock.
Private shower and toilet is just 20 steps away, the towels and toiletries are provided.
Yurts in Cyprus was established in 2013 and is a unique, eco-friendly bed and breakfast, set high on the hills of a rural valley, just outside the village of Simou in Paphos District. The steep land faces West, so from anywhere on the property you can enjoy beautiful, panoramic views. The property follows the principles of sustainability and permaculture and has an independent water source and generates 98% of its off-grid electricity from wind and solar.
The rate is based on 2 adults sharing and includes breakfast. Kids under 12 stay free of charge, extra persons over 12 are charged €17 per night including breakfast. The mini restaurant serves vegetarian and plant based dinners, home cooked with passion.
“Honesty bar ” (help yourself) offers cold alcoholic and soft drinks at reasonable prices and complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water.
Only guests who have booked can leave a review.
