For nature lovers, there is a wooden house set up between olive groves and fields. It is surrounded by Cypriot villages that are very traditional. Beautiful beaches, the village of Latchi, and the National Park of Akamas are all about a 25-minute drive away. There are a lot of great wineries nearby. You can walk, ride a bike, watch birds, or just enjoy the beautiful sunsets. You can use the host’s pool, which is just a few steps away. A house where cats are welcome, so you might meet some new furry friends. Car is important.
The wooden house has a living room/dining room with a kitchenette that has everything you need to cook, as well as a large double bedroom and a shower room. The house is a good size for two adults. The house doesn’t have air conditioning. Instead, there are ceiling fans in each room and an extra portable fan. And because our village is close to the green and cool Paphos forest and is above the humidity level, it never gets too hot here, except for a few days in the summer when we have yellow heat wave warnings. Also, the area always has a nice breeze that flows through the house when the windows are open. And during the hottest times of the day, we always tell our guests to take a walk in the forest, go to one of the beautiful beaches that are just a short drive away, or just relax by our pool. Your outside space has shade and a view that goes on for miles. The only people who live nearby are sheep and birds.
You only need to bring your own charcoal to use our BBQ facilities.
Our swimming pool is less than a minute’s walk from the guest house, so you are always welcome to use it.
Only guests who have booked can leave a review.

6 months agoIt is a paradise on Earth. The cabin is 30 min drive to the sea coast. It is far enough to feel cooler, very calm and in the midst of nature and traditional Cyprus village life. If you love hiking, you have enormous choice for many days: from short walks on country roads in the nearby vallies to the national trails in the most beautiful places of the island. The trail around Mount Olimpus is the best: not too difficult (although I'd advise to have a life line in one place), it goes through majestic forests and gives walkers remarkable views! The cabin is equipped with an efficient heater in the winter and good fun in summer. The hosts are wonderful cooks. I always order my breakfasts from them. The eggs they serve are from their own chicken. The swimming pool is such a pleasure on hot days!!!!

3 months agoThanks a lot to both of you!!! It was a dream, a real little corner of paradise far from everything and especially the noise of civilization, right in the middle of the magnificent Cypriot hillsides We will be back I'm sure... if others don't book before us.
