8 months agoVery friendly and helpful management. Nice shady encampments, clean shower blocks and kitchen with fridge. I am sure that a better stocked mini market will follow once more tourists come. I really enjoyed my stay.Recommended!

2 years agoLooking for a place to pitch a tent is never an easy thing in the summer in this country, but this is as close as any organised campsite has come to being perfect for me. Very close to the beach, clean, quiet and friendly to animals. There is a small shop with the essentials, kitchen area and 2 buildings with wc and showers. They also have a few rooms that they let (around 40 euros for 4 people). There is no bar or restaurant- the nearest taverna is a 7 minute walk, while a further 10 minutes will get you to the seaside village of Pefki. I will be back, with my hammock, next year!

8 years agoVisit in 2014, BIG disappointment !!! Site was empty, except a bunch of savage native low budget Greeks, who was violent and agressive. This should be a family camp..... before closure, maintained by apathetic family member, with ZERO life energy. Facilities from a time of Paleozoik, just painted, pictures are misleading!!! If you want to enjoy Greece go to some other place, foreign tourist here are not welcome!!!

4 years agoWe went there with my husband and baby girl in the middle of August (very high season in Greece!) and stayed only for 2 nights. We wish we could stay more though! It's a very friendly and well organised place with a lot of shade. You don't need to pay for electricity if it's only to charge your tablet or phone. It also has a lot of games and sport equipment for fun time with your friends and children. Moreover, it's really pet friendly! Many people had their dogs with them and took them for a walk and games. There are a lot of toilets and kitchen areas that are always kept clean. There is also hand soap and toilet paper in the toilets and to our surprise, there is a tub at the picnic area with cold drinking water! The closest beach area is pebbly and steep but not idealistic for August due to the huge waves caused by northern winds. However, a few minutes walking can take you to a big well organised beach with many coffee places and restaurants. There is also a small park for young children with fun rides. I definitely recommend camping Pefkí and can't wait to visit it again!
