Welcome to Palaiologio Camping! While staying at Historical Mystras, take in the scenery. Camping Paleologio is a laid-back and well-organized vacation spot suited for families, couples, and groups of friends. Set in a tranquil, picturesque setting at the foot of Mount Taygetos, with easy access to the island’s most popular tourist and cultural attractions, Camping Paleologio, located 2 kilometers (1.22 miles) from Sparti’s ancient center and near the historical site of Byzantine Mystras, is a family-run enterprise that has been in operation since 1980. It was named after Konstantinos Paleologos, the Emperor of Mystras. Our goal is to make your experience as uncomplicated as possible. It’s no coincidence that campers who stayed at our campground chose us again when they returned to the area and referred us to others who planned to visit our town. When you stay with us, you may take advantage of our services, friendly environment, facilities, and, of course, the view.
Only guests who have booked can leave a review.

a month agoWe didn't stay, we only needed to empty the WC and fill clean water. They were very friendly but they charged us 10€, which is a bit of a robbery (most campings charge maximum 5€ for this). The facilities area OK but quite old, and the camping is right next to the road. It's nice that they're opened all year though

a year agoNice little campground. Facilities are a bit dated but perfectly clean. The operator is very friendly and helpful. Didn't try the restaurants but as far as we could tell the food looked good

a year agoVery friendly owner! He smiles all day and is happy if he can help you! Drinks are cheap. The campsite is very old and needs a renovation but its clean. The prices are more then fair. Sparta Citycenter and the anicent sparta are in Walking Distance. So: Perfect site if you passing by and wanna spend one day/night in sparta

4 years agoThis is the friendliest campsite I’ve ever stayed at. We were going to stay for a couple of days and ended up a week. The site itself is very basic and winter the swimming pool is obviously closed but the taverna attached cooks simple and tasty food. The fella running it is just lovely, the nicest man you could wish to meet.

5 years agoI've spent over a month in Greece, staying only in campings and this was the worst I've seen. The facilities look very old and dirty, the shower doors did not close, hot water was warm at best but mostly cold. Also, there was just us and another family in the entire camping (you can imagine why).To be fair the owner was very friendly and the prices were better than at the other campings: 18 Euro/night for 2 people and a car vs. 25 Euro. However, unless the conditions improve, it's not worth staying here.
