The Aegiali campsite is located in Amorgos, one of the Cyclades islands. It has 2 ports, Aegiali and Katapola, with routes to and from Piraeus, throughout the year. In Amorgos you will find beautiful, quiet beaches mainly in the western part of the island, such as: Aigiali, Katapola, Phoenicians, Kato Kampos, Agios Pavlos. Characteristic of the island are its blue waters and the countless routes in natural passages ideal for those who love hiking.
Camping Aegiali is located on the beach of Aegiali and 500 meters away from its port. It has all the comforts you need to enjoy a peaceful stay in this special place, filled with shady corners of the olive trees, where you can set up your tent or your caravan, undisturbed by the morning sun. It is a highly organized campsite that spans about 10 acres and is a breath from Chora to Amorgos. The ground is soft and this makes it ideal for sleeping bags. The view around the Aegiali campsite is unique as you see the mountains and the mountain cove of Aegiali.
Inside the campsite, you will find all the facilities you need, such as sanitary areas (wc, showers), kitchen with refrigerators, electricity in all areas of the tents, free Wi-Fi and parking and more. Also, you can try traditional dishes with Greek organic products from local producers (olive oil, wine, cheese, vegetables). The campsite also has a bar where you can enjoy your evening drink.
If you now like summer activities you can try some of those organized at the campsite such as: scuba diving, snorkelling or taking diving lessons.
If you are not properly prepared, at the Aegiali campsite you can find and rent the equipment you need so that you don’t miss anything on your vacation. And if you want, you can take the van from the port to get to the campsite.
If you love nature and want to enjoy the fresh air in Amorgos, then Camping Aegiali is the ideal choice for your stay. The tranquility offered by the beautiful landscape, the freedom of residence by the sea and its location, located next to the port and Chora in Amorgos make it an excellent choice.

Lovely cabins for 3 nights. Cheap price for a private room, we didn’t find a better price in all Greece. Also, there is a restaurant with occasional shows.

I've been banned from entering this camping because I wrote their first negative review here on Google Maps 6 years ago (which I deleted later). The review repeated a lot of things that all negative reviews state, eg. they try to fit more people than they can actually accommodate, resulting in unhygienic bathroom conditions. So, careful, if you write a negative review, you may be denied entry, as well. :) The 1 star is because I find it hilarious that they cannot handle negative reviews . Other than that, I've had a nice time here when I was in my 20s.

This camping has no gender neutral bathrooms, as a group of non binary people we experienced a few micro aggressions related to gender possibly because the tenants of this infrastructure are under 20 yrs old. Mainly greek, It’s worth it to stay here for two days and then move location but still this is a resort preferred by infantilised men.

A very welcoming and warm family-run camping, with facilities to accomodate every need for your stay in Amorgos. Right next to Askas pension and restaurant, 2 minutes away from Aegiali beach and port. It offers free kitchen facilities, handwashing facilities, toilets and showers with hot water which are cleaned very often (every 2-3 hours) and camping sites in the shadows of berry, lemon and olive trees. The restaurant has food happy hours for pasta dishes for those on a budget, with breakfast food (sandwiches, baguettes and baked goods) offered around the clock. Also, there are music theme nights (greek folk, traditional etc) almost every night to entertain for every taste. The friendly staff and the vibe of the guests make for a great camping experience just off the main Aegiali beach, don’t miss out!

We stayed there for 4 days and I believe is one of the best campings I've been so far. The check-in was smooth, the distribution of the space is perfect, well organized, plenty of shade for each spot, plugs close to the spots... The bathrooms were clean and big with 4 extra showers outside with plenty of warm water, I didn't have to wait to take a shower in any moment. It has also a nice bar/restaurant with nice and affordable prices. The staff was nice and respectful. I really want to come back!
