Theasis Igloo agritourism residences in Tzoumerka have been operating in Singena Ktistades Arta since December 2007. They are buildings designed according to the principles of ecodynamics and for their construction they have used primitive materials: Wood and Stone, materials which abound in the surrounding area, in Arta and Epirus as a whole. The IGLOO triple house can accommodate three adults or a family with children, two in beds and one in a sofa bed. It has of course the possibility, due to its very large space, to accommodate additional people on special cots. The kitchenette that provides the basic needs can comfortably serve a family or group.
