It is addressed to you that you are fond of nature, since through the interior of your room, you can enjoy this amazing view that spreads generously in front of you.

This little house located 30’ from Athens is ideal so much for you that you love and seek calmness and relaxation, as it is in a very quiet place, but also for you that you are more adventurous and you want to deal with activities.

More specifically, near the area there are:

• paintball park
• soccer stadium
• beautiful winery for testing and buying quality wine
• a beautiful place with a restaurant, cafe
• beaches 30’ – 45’ away according to the location of the beach

Also, at a distance 2’ is the lake, you can go for a walk and 5’ is the village that has taverns, bakery, cafes and grills, but there is also the possibility for delivery. You can go hiking in the church on the rock and you can enjoy a ride with horses in the cavalry club as well. It is the right place for cycling, hiking as well as for enduro motorcycles and 4×4 jeeps, since there are special streets down in the plain. In addition, in winter when it snows a lot, there is a great ski track.
