Art Farm – Agroktima Marini is located 14 km outside Kalamata, in the Peloponnese. It is just 2 hours and 30 minutes from Athens and is a model cultural farm that highlights the agricultural and cultural heritage of the region and aims to inform, educate and entertain visitors. In an area of 5,500sq.m. the Art Farm combines the uniqueness of nature and human inspiration, offering experiences to young and old alike. Art Farm is located near the small village of Megali Madinia, which is both a summer and winter destination. You can explore the area to learn more about the Greek tradition, while at the Farm, 4 km from the beach, you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. The stone rooms of the Art Farm, are the trademark of the Farm. The stone room “KAMARINI 2” is a unique retreat consisting of 1 double bed , private wc and private shower. There is the possibility of an extra bed for 1 child by arrangement. It is designed to offer moments of stay in harmony with nature. Its purpose is to make you escape and bring you close to the experience of unique and relaxing holidays. It is ideal for those looking for a quiet place to relax. Apart from the accommodation, the farm also has a multi-purpose hall which consists of a stone amphitheater where during the summer months various cultural events are held, the main hall where various types of conferences are hosted as well as events such as weddings and christenings, while the workshops that it has are used for seminars on rural culture. At the Farm there are organic vegetable gardens and fruit trees, available during the stay. The food served consists of natural and pure local produce. The way of cooking is based on traditional Greek recipes. Meals can be served for vegetarians or vegans (please inform us in advance). At the farm you can even come with your four-legged friend, as the facilities are pet friendly and designed to accommodate your pet! In accordance with WHO guidelines, there is meticulous adherence to hygiene rules, use of masks, keeping distances, careful cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and areas, especially at contact points.
