This unique accommodation is a model cultural farm in Kalamata, which highlights the agricultural and cultural heritage of the region and aims to inform, educate and entertain visitors. In an area of 5.500sq.m. the farm combines the uniqueness of nature and human inspiration. You can explore the area and the nearby villages to learn more about Greek tradition while you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature at the beach just 4 km from the farm. Aiming to promote the agricultural and cultural heritage of the region, this farm offers unique moments to young and old alike. Τhe types of accommodation are divided into stone-built houses and tree houses and can host up to 26 people combining all the comforts in the heart of nature. Each room has 2 to 3 beds and WC (either inside or outside the room) and outdoor showers. In the courtyard you will find a stone amphitheater, where during the summer season, from May to September, musical events, concerts, theatrical performances, film screenings and all kinds of artistic activities take place. There is also a music stage, traditional outdoor laboratories which are suitable for seminars on wood carving, making decorative utensils from recyclable materials and seminars on learning how to produce local products. The site includes a event’s hall of 120sq.m., specially built to host any kind of social event, and also a terrace with stunning sea views.

The total price to book the whole place  is 612 euros per night including breakfast (with vegetarian and vegan options) .
You can also choose the package with an extra meal, which costs 18 euros per person/day or the package including 2 meals, which costs 29 euros per person/day.

The deposit, which must be paid in advance once the reservation is made, is 50% of the total price of the reservation.
For example: if your reservation is for three nights, the total amount will be 1,836 euros (including only breakfast). Therefore, you have to pay 50% of the total amount in advance, which equals 918 euros.

Regarding the cancellation policy:

– Full refund of the deposit in case of cancellation up to 60 days before the scheduled check in. 

– Deduction of the amount of the deposit corresponding to 2 nights for cancellation from 60 to 30 days before the predetermined check in. Refund of the remaining amount of the deposit.

– In case of cancellation less than 30 days before check in, the total amount of the deposit will be retained.
