The Mansion is the biggest guesthouse on the farm and is ideally suited for two families or a group of friends. The lower level features a bedroom with a fireplace, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a stairway leading to the higher floor. The top floor features a bathroom and a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping space with two double mattresses. The big veranda with a view of the mountain features a barbeque constructed of stone.

The Fokea farm can be reached from Athens in two hours, the best beaches in the Gulf of Corinth can be reached in fifteen minutes, and the Kalavrita ski resort can be reached in thirty minutes.
Is a beautiful place in nature with meadows, pine trees, running water, fruit trees, and friendly animals. It is located in the town of Kernitsa on a 10-acre estate 700 meters above sea level.
