In a quiet land of 10.000 sq.m. in the village of Sparto, right next to the chapel of Profitis Ilias and just a few meters above the lake of Polyfitos with a stunning view, you can stop and camp with your caravan. Just 30 minutes by car from the Egnatia highway and 25 minutes by car from the city of Kozani, the capital of Western Macedonia. Whether you want to explore around the lake or just need a night’s rest before hitting the road again, we welcome you to Althea Lakeview farm.
We are the land of the authentic Greek herb Saffran (Crocus) and within a few kilometers of the famous wines from Velvendos vineyards and organic olive groves from Imera. The crayfish from our lake is another… delicious touch. Geological parks, archaeological museums, Byzantine churches are some of the interesting things you can find.
