Welcome to a relaxing rural off grid nature experience at a hidden spot in the agricultural area of the village of Serpins, Central Portugal.

50m from the river and about 150 m fro a hidden swimming spot.

5 minutes walk from the local river beach with a cafe/bar.

1,8km from bus stop and village center.

There is 1 bell tent with a double bed (1,40m) on palettes and two single mattresses (0,90m + 0,70cm width)

There is also a 2 person pup up tent for additional guests, so the maximum sleeping is 6 people.

It s a family friendly place but NOT a place for loud parties.

We supply 10 l of drinking water at arrival and you can fill bottles on a nearby public tap. Water for washing can be taken from the water channel or the big barrel next to the kitchen. The river water is NOT for cooking or drinking – ONLY for washing dishes and yourselves.

The shower works with a small camping shower pump and you have to heat water either on the gas stove or in the sun.

The toilet is a composting dry toilet with a bucket system. We are taking care of emptying the bucket for you.

There are 3 solar lamps (1 in the kitchen, 1 hanging in the tent and 1 bedside table light). All are fully charged and can be re-charged with a solar charger that is provided by us.

On request we can supply you with some vegetables from our garden.

I also offer Bowen Therapy treatments that can be booked on request, as an additional element to a fully relaxing holiday 😉

In our area are plenty of cultural events, especially during the summer, if you feel like connecting with people.

There are also plenty of beautiful spots to experience, especially the river beaches, but also the mountains of Lousã, Gois etc.

We offer to our guests the option to join us (our family of 3) for our daily lunch mo-fri 1pm, with home cooked meals for a price of 6,50€ per person.
