Bartula My Olive Garden Camp is a parking-only campsite for tents.
Our campsite is located in the Stari Bar neighborhood of the city, which has been inhabited for more than 2500 years. One of the most significant regions in the Adriatic for the production of olives is the Stari Bar area.
This back-to-nature camping is made possible by nature and historic olive groves. After rising above the gorgeous peak Rumija, the sun awakens you. Although our campsite is situated in the mountainous Vruca Rijeka river valley, the camping area is terraced and has a variety of trees growing on it. Breakfast will be prepared by you in the guest kitchen (or you can place an order and we’ll cook it), and you’ll have it in the dining room, which is located on a terrace furnished with wooden benches and tables. You can visit a plethora of locations during the day, including historical sites and natural wonders.
Or, since you’re on vacation, just unwind under the shady olive and vine trees. Simply walk for up to 10 minutes and take a dip in the year-round mountain stream Vruca Rijeka if it becomes too hot (except in extremely dry summers when there is significantly less water, although still possible to take a bath). Take a hot shower in one of the bathrooms that are located near the toilets in the campsite or a cool shower in one of our outdoor showers. You can spend a wonderful evening in the olive grove while partaking in a taste of the regional foods we have available in our bar. Additionally, if you’re feeling fancy, try some regionally inspired grilled specialties. After a busy day, unwind at the Bartula campsite, which can accommodate roughly 25 tents. Your vehicle or bicycle can rest on the parking lot at the campground’s entrance (a capacity of the parking is limited). Wi-fi internet access is accessible in the campground, and if your phone’s battery is running low, you can charge it in the reception area. Use this to share your experiences with friends.
Only guests who have booked can leave a review.
