Camping Venezuela is located on the shores of the Maliakos gulf, on the beach of Agios Serafeim, very close to Kamena Vourla and is only 1 hour and 50 minutes from Athens. At the foot of Mount Kallidromos, the area around the campsite is surrounded by fertile lands with crops, fruitful olive groves, green hills, but also lacy beaches.
The beach of Agios Serafeim is an unpretentious, quiet and clean beach, ideal to enjoy your escape or vacation in the tranquility of nature. Tall green trees with rich shade, poplars, eucalyptus, fruit trees create the most welcoming setting for carefree days and relaxing evenings under the starlight. Your stay will be complemented with taste by the excellent Greek cuisine of “Taverna Holevena” which operates inside the campsite.
In a short distance from the campsite there are sights of natural beauty but also of historical interest that will make your stay special with one-day excursions: Thermopylae, Mendenitsa, Eleftherochori, Damasta, Lamia, Gorgopotammos, Lichadonissia. Water sports enthusiasts can experience powerful canoeing, kayaking, wind-surfing or even kite surfing. Mountain enthusiasts can go trekking on the well-marked trails of the Kallidromos Mountain. Wellness-spa seekers may enjoy the benefits of the thermal springs of Koniavitis Mill, Thermmopylae and Damasta.
