At the entrance to Transylvania, on a 40.000 square meter private property at 1250 meters above sea level, the resort is 15 minutes from Dracula’s Castle and 40 minutes from Brasov. There are 12 luxury tents on the property, each of which is a “room with a view” of Piatra Criaului. 3 meters high, perched on a wooden platform, filled to the brim with every amenity you could want at the highest elevation that nature would permit. The interiors of the tents are furnished with cozy mattresses, matching furniture, and a gorgeous fireplace that will lull you to sleep. We supply the firewood, and you will learn how to start and keep the fire in the stoves. Each tent features beds with high-quality mattresses and cotton sateen linens. There are bathrobes and towels provided. Men’s and women’s separate restrooms with toiletries are available in the tents.
You may find an outside restaurant here where we use as many regional foods as we can in our set menu and menu of the day cooking.
With the help of our qualified instructors, you may engage in a variety of activities such as hiking, trekking, mountain biking, climbing, and skiing, as well as unwind in our hot tubs and sauna.
The Ursa Mică resort offers views of the Carpathians and is situated between two fabled mountains, next to one of Europe’s few unspoiled forests.

The restaurant is recently opened. The vibe is great, food is excellent. The ciorba has a perfect taste and polenta with cheese is to die for Staff is friendly, always with a smile on.

I highly recommend this place. The entire experience was wonderful. The tents are very comfortable and clean (and the blankets really do their job on the chilly nights). Toilets and showers are spotless. The food was really good and the portions were really big. Friendly and really nice people, always there to help And the location is heaven, you can really connect with nature and recharge.

Ursa Mica provided us a first class service in getting a glamping wedding organised. They helped from start to finish - providing us advice, contacts and comfort that they were doing everything to make the weekend work. We had the wedding in July and it went without a hitch. The venue location is incredible - the small path to the tents passes through an unmown wildflower meadow - wild hyacinth and more. The tents are intentionally 'basic' but basic means a chest of drawers, comfortable beds (single) and a fire place and an easy place to hang clothes on the central pole. Families with babies (8 month old) did not have any issues including ourselves. The venue helped arrange an event space for the wedding and christening the night before. This led onto a freshly constructed archway framing the gorgeous mountain views. The food was divine - fresh trout followed by a tender traditional stew cooked all day. The breakfasts were very generous with plenty of coffee flowing (filter and good quality). Honestly, a wonderful weekend made flawless by constant attention by the very kind staff and owners. We will gladly revisit for our anniversary.
