A great place to be. I really recommend the beach houses. Especially if you are with kids and you have company - it's perfect and very quite (especially during weekdays). Avoid the accomodations near the 'small river' - it's more of a swamp and frogs quacking may ruin your sleep. The window isolation is relatively good, but still - you'll enjoy it a lot more with the beach at your door :)

Luxury camping. It looks great. But you can go there only with tent, NOT with caravan/camper/even rooftop tent. There is no room for them. Or use their mobile homes/bungalows.

The beach is crowded from my pov with sunbeds and the facilities for caravans are unattractive for e.g. caravans or campers have stone paved spots quite narrow and the fact that gas is prohibited(visibly marked on all trees), was for us a turn-off. Road is unpaved and very steep for a caravan. As a beach bar with some mobile homes for rent this is ok.

Entrance is free, for sunbeds charging 15-30euro depending on the location. Food and drinks you pay separate

Greek law is very clear: they MUST give access to public bathers. But they occupied the whole public beach for their own private profit, which is totally illegal and pretend to force citizens to pay. Greek beaches, whether private or public, are required by law to provide access to all bathers, according Greece’s main consumers group, EKPIZO. According to EKPIZO’s statement this week: “All beaches are communal and as such free access is allowed to all citizens. Organized beaches should provide free space for other bathers.” EKPIZO goes on to note that even in cases of the so-called “organized beaches” – offering umbrella and F&B services – free space must be available for bathers
