The farm is located in a seaside village between Kyparissia and Pylos, 270 km from Athens, 130 from Patras and 45 from Kalamata. It is a 4-acre olive grove, 200 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the village. Quiet and peaceful environment, with absolute privacy, suitable for yoga retreats or other events for small groups.
The farm provides lodging in five big Bell Tent type tents, each with a 5 meter diameter and completely furnished (mattresses, power, lighting, fans, blankets, sheets, towels, mosquito nets).
Each tent can accommodate two or three people, or even four if necessary. The mattresses can be customized to the required composition. A tent, for example, may be intended for two people and another to accommodate four. The tents may sleep up to 15 people in total.
There is also a small wooden room that is suitable for one or two persons. The maximum capacity of 14 people is ideal so that everyone can move around easily, although a little greater number of visitors is not prohibitive.
Three restrooms with showers and hot water are available, as well as two outdoor showers.
There is an outside kitchen as well as a room with refrigerators and kitchen supplies.
Apart from this, there are numerous relaxing areas (sitting areas, hammocks, lounge areas, a living room and a kitchen, outside each tent, and so on).
There is a 6x12m (72sqm) wooden platform beneath the pine trees, as well as a four-meter dining table with benches.
Someone who reserves the property for a retreat effectively books the entire property, ensuring that there are no other visitors on those days.
The cost of renting the space depends on the season. For the months of May, June,
September and October 2024 the cost is 30€ per person per night with a minimum amount of 240€ (minimum stay of two nights). For example , if a total of 10 people are gathered, the cost per night is 300€ (372€ including VAT) .
If 8 people come it costs the minimum which is 240€ (298€ including VAT). For July
the price per person is 35€ and the minimum per night is 320€.
The deposit for booking up to 4 nights is 300€.
The deposit for booking 5 to 6 nights is 350€.
The deposit for booking for more than 7 nights and is 400€.
In case of cancellation up to one month before the arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded.
After that the refund is staggered.
70% refund for cancellation from one month up to three weeks prior and 50% for cancellation from three to two weeks before.
For cancellation in the last fortnight before the check-in there is no refund of the deposit.
For your overall stay there is the possibility to pass short term lease with a 15% charge or if you wish to receive an invoice the VAT charge is 24% on the existing prices.
Arrival is from 3pm onwards and departure until 1pm. If you wish early check in and/or late check out will be agreed in advance and there is likely to be an additional charge.
Regarding the meals, the farm can provide homemade, traditional Mediterranean meals cuisine (vegetarian or omnivorous diet) with extra virgin olive oil, with vegetables and eggs (always depending on the season and availability of products). You can have a rich brunch-type meal around 10 to 11 in the morning which includes coffee, herbs, milk (animal or plant based), fruit, bread, sweet flavors (such as butter, jam, honey, tahini, cakes, cookies) and savory flavors (e.g. pies, eggs, toast, ntakos, salads). In the afternoon-evening the accommodation provides dinner that includes bread, seasonal salad, appetizers (like pies, meatballs of various ingredients, sauces, etc.), a main course and fruit or dessert. Prices are 15€ per meal per person. This price includes service and pick up/ washing up of dishes.
Of course you can choose only one of the meals.
If you have free time in your schedule, there are beautiful sights to visit nearby. Indicatively mentioned are: the beach of Voidokilia, the wetland of Divario, the Kalamaris waterfall, Paleokastro, Nestor’s Palace, the KEPPAZ (Wildlife Protection and Care Centre), the beaches of Golden Beach and Lagouvardos, the bay of Navarino, Pylos, the dam and the Church of the Saviour in Christianoupolis. These places are about 5 to 20 minutes away, while a little further away are Methoni with its castle, the islet of Sapienza, Polylimnio and its waterfalls, the waterfalls of Neda, Ancient Messini, the baths of Kaiafa and countless other places.
Staying on this one of a kind farm is a very special experience. The proximity to nature is incredible without missing the basic amenities. It is for people who seek tranquility, relaxation, recharging, and connecting with nature.
