The plot is located in northern Corfu in the area of Acharavi. It is 23 acres perimeter accessible, with sea view and has water supply. At a distance of 12 km there is the village of Acharavi, a tourist resort and attraction for visitors to the island, where there are medical centers, pharmacies, supermarkets, taverns, etc.
Acharavi beach consists of sand and is quite long. It has a length of about 3 km and almost connects the beach of Rhoda with the beach of Almiros.
The water is shallow for many meters and thus the beach proves to be safe for children to play freely.
At a distance of 2km you will find Lake Antiniotissa or Antinioti sometimes known as Antinioti Lagoon, one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in Corfu and an extremely important wetland, located between the beach of Agios Spyridon and the beach of Almiros and 3.4km northwest of Arachavi.
Corfu Town is 37 kilometers away.
