Are you a nature lover?

Do you like the idea of a small wooden cabin, in the middle of nowhere where there is 0 noise pollution?

Did you ever wonder how it is to live in a tiny house on wheels or how it is to live off the grid?

Offgrid equals to 100% autonomy in electricity (the energy comes from solar panels) and water (the water reserves are depended on rainfall).

I spent 3 extraordinary years with my pets in this custom made tiny house on wheels, which is located in a huge fenced olive grove with 60 olive trees, and now that I am about to leave, it’s time for others to experience the minimalistic way of living that I embraced all these years here.

The house is located outside of Amarynthos village, in central Evia. The last 3 km of the road are dirt road but all vehicles can pass by it.

Hot water and cooking work with gas.

The house has eco insulation from wood fiber so it keeps the ideal temperature easy once it’s heated, and the only way of heating it is with a stove but as it’s a Tiny House, it warms up very fast.

There is a cat door for your cat to be able to come and go whenever she wants and the stairs for the bed are dog friendly in case your dog is used to sleep with you on the bed.

Internet and Mobile reception work perfectly fine here, but you’ll have to use your phone’s data, however I recommend that you turn your phone off upon arrival, so you get to enjoy the isolation.

I used a portable wifi router when I needed to work from home (it works with 5g) so if you have one and you need to do work while being here, that’s an option too.

The land faces the west side so you get to enjoy sunsets here, but also the moonrise!

There is a nice hike 1,5 km upwards to an ancient medieval church that you can enjoy with your dogs but please keep them on the leash while doing so because there are several wild animals living in the area: turtles, hedgehogs, widlboars, rabbits, foxes, toads and frogs, …and we wouldn’t want the dogs to attack the wild animals. I never walked my dogs off leash all these years out of respect to the wild animals.

(There is no address to add so for the exact location, I will have to send you a google maps pin and we will probably meet so you will follow me or my partner, in order to get there)
