a year agoWe‘ve been coming here for six years now and we love the camping so much. The family who runs it, is lovely and they will always help you out if there is a problem. For us, coming with a tent, it is always great to have tables and chairs provided. The kitchen is helpful, with two new big fridges (which are mostly full, but you can always squeeze in a yogurt or beer), and you can boil water for coffee in case you did not bring a cooker. The food at the Taverna is outstanding as it is always home cooked with fresh ingredients. Make sure to ask what’s on the menu and eat the Bureki and the rabbit stew and the chicken in red sauce. The pebble beach is only across the (quiet) street and it is not so crowded but we like it much better than the sandy beach, also there is usually less wind. Bathrooms on the camping are cleaned every day and are spotless, always a hot shower when you want it. The camping is a special place with some people living there permanently over the summer and it has some vibes that might be not for everyone, but surely, when you are open to leave your bubble and meet interesting people (and beautiful cats) you should stay here at least for one night.

6 years agoIts the first place we feel like we have come home . everyone is really really friendly :) you can bring your dog. the beach is quite big and it's almost empty. because of a lot talented people you have live music everyday. I enjoyed the food a lot - there's different menu every couple of days. we found some friends here - we will come back for sure !

5 years agoThis camping is extremely very noisy mostly because of the students groups. This means super full fridges and noise till 12 am. You can find hot water at the showers till 5 pm even if some of them work with gas. The beach in the front has many rocks but there are other beaches close. Electricity and drinkable water only at the reception which is open almost all the day because of the camping tavern. 15' walking to the city but the street doesn't have many lights and signs. The prices are 6 euros per person and 4 per tent.
