Would you like to live a unique experience in a farm? Waking up and in two minutes walking diving into the sea? Taking the eggs out of the hennery and making your breakfast? Cutting your fruit and vegetables? Sleeping in a beautiful tent under the trees? Lullaby the sound of waves and rustling leaves? Sitting in all the beautiful corners of the farm? Sleeping in the hammock under the stars? Playing board games with your friends? Be able to if you want to get creative? Enjoy the complete silence of the night?

The property (4 acres) is ideal for complete relaxation in nature. 200m from the sea and 500m from the village of Marathopolis. For alternative accommodation.

The estate has olives and other fruitful trees. It has a small stone house that hosts the workshop of handmade items Skiaxtro (Scarecrow) and the exhibition of the creations. Three toilets with a sink and a shower. It has a water heater, an outdoor sink and two outdoor showers for anyone who wishes. Handmade comfortable living room with shade, three hammocks on the trees, a large dining room of 4 meters and four wonderful tents with diameter 5m each (Bell Tent type). Each tent can accommodate 2-3 persons. In front of each tent there is a private living room. The place is not suitable for kids.

The farm operates as a multipurpose venue of wellness, creative expression and experiences. There are yoga classes, massage sessions and various seminars. The 4 tents can accommodate guests looking to experience in person. The maximum number of guests to stay is 12.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to all areas of the property. Bathrooms have a hot water shower. There are outdoor showers for whoever wants them. A refrigerator and petrogazzi are available for cooking and utensils for up to twelve people.

Other things to note
The dining room is under pine trees. Allergy sufferers be careful.
On the estate live in harmony dogs, cats and chickens. Dogs and chickens are confined to their own space.
