Forest Camping Mozirje is a charming campsite in the middle of forest offering various types of accommodations and creative experience of outdoor leisure activities amidst magnificent nature.
The whole campsite is located in NATURA 2000 area, so there also any stereo music is not allowed in the campsite at any time of the stay. Music of the nature surroundings and its animals will bring you even more satisfaction. On our meadow with mountain view, which offers you excellent views of the Alps, Golte mountain, and the surrounding countryside, there are 30 pitches with electrical connection and water for setting up your tent. The pitches are between 70 and 90 m2 in size and are also close to our mini animal park with horses, ducks and goats.
Cars are not allowed to be parked by the tent at this pitch, and you can leave them for free in our private parking.
Bathing in the river that flows by the campsite is virtually impossible to resist, offering perfect refreshment. In addition to accommodation, we also offer a varied range of sports activities, while the easy going types may prefer to relax in the tree crowns, perhaps with a book from our unique library set up for the bookworms among our guests.
The guests can meet and mingle in different common areas. Your children can admire our pigs, ducks and horses in our camp mini ZOO.
One is an open air fireplace for grilling or for evening socialising; the other is roofed and includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can get your first morning coffee or tea from our herb garden, as well as any other little thing you may have forgotten to take with you. Is there anything better than grilling a trout against the background music of guitar and rustling of the river?
Toilets are located near the accomodations area and we are already widely known because of our eco showers (with hot water) made of local woods. The area of Forest camping has Wi-Fi internet access, a mobile stage for events and workshops, a mini library, and several sports facilities (backetball playground, small football playground, room with table tennis, etc.)– all you need to get up close and personal with nature.
Our offer involves a range of sports activities suitable for guests of all ages. At the campsite, you can play volleyball or speed badminton (or speedminton), put your balance to test in slacklining or rent a bicycle to discover the surroundings.
Working with the local company, we also organize activities for the adrenaline persons: whitewater rafting, canyoning, kayaking, paragliding, and many others.

– Tourist tax: 1 EUR per adult per night (0,5 EUR per child from 7 – 18 years per night, no charge for children under 7 years old)
