The real explorer’s option, named after the famous boat that took Jason and the argonauts to the Golden Fleece. The smallest of our tents, is ideal for guests who prefer the more traditional camping accommodations and keep an active itinerary either discovering the island or enjoying the sea and watersports. The baby Argo, offers 24m2 living space, the tent interior is 18m2 ( 6m x 3m ), it includes a luxurious queen size bed (or two singles) basic furnishings , including an air cooler and mini fridge while the 3m x 2m shaded deck has a rustic table and chairs set made from timber logs. Bathrooms and showers are shared.

7 months agoThis was already recommended to me, but Alexi and the team exceeded my expectations. The tents were very comfortable and spacious, and the food (especially the brilliant breakfast & coffee!) was excellent. The service was fast and friendly, and the excursions were fab too, especially the authentic greek night which I'll never forget! The team was always happy to help and they went above and beyond to make our holiday brilliant - and they delivered. They have also created a very relaxing atmosphere, so I genuinely found it a place where we could completely relax and the kids were happy too. I would highly recommend it!

5 months agoThe most beautiful holiday destination that I will never stop returning to! Maddie, Alexi, George and Luisa pour every ounce of love and passion into sails on kos to provide the most relaxing unique break, from amazing facilities and delicious home cooked food. Beautifully looked after grounds, luxurious accommodation and of course the pool and views! When asking for recommendations I was provided with an extensive list of cool trips, unique, quiet locations and scenic restaurants - whatever suited my criteria for the week. The friendships created amongst everyone (guests and staff) and the overall charm of the place draws many of us back each year. It really is a home away from home and a hidden gem I can't wait to return to. Thank you Sails on Kos 💙

9 months agoWe'd wish Sails on Kos would stay a secret, but the best secrets are those which cannot be kept... Alexi and Maddie as well as their entourage of staff and supporters will make your stay a memorable one. We would like to specifically mention the fantastic included breakfast, the best meals the island has to offer (for real!), the comfortable size of the tents and the immaculate state of the premises.

7 months agooverall we had a good time and relaxed, luckily we chose to stay two days because there are some aspects to improve. within 5 / 6km from the hotel there isn’t anything and the hotel bikes are unsafe, dirty and broken. we stayed in tent glamping 2 very nice place but dirty, I found cobwebs, dust and hair. In addition, the campsite is not well cared for, grass overgrown and tall, enters the crevice of the bathroom, the handle came off and the hot water did not arrive well. the guys are nice and helpful and even the owner, however, I recommend a greater care of the place since you pay and not a little.

a month agoWe stayed one night at the end of our trip in October. Place itself was nice and food was nice. It just seems to go wrong with the hospitality. Staff consists of young tourism students who seem to be more focussed at hanging out together. It was just hard to get their attention and ask anything, and just make us feel like unwanted guests from the moment we arrived. Never had this in Greece in all those years I've lived here. It was the end of the season, so I give them the benefit of the doubt it was exhaustion. Biggest issue is: We really needed invoices as this was a business expense. With both checking in and checking out we really stated we needed it. No-one knew how to. Machine was broken etc. We were promised to receive the invoice later on by mail. On top of that we were overcharged on the food bill. Never received invoices for our stay or for the food expenses, even after repeated emails.
