Come and stay at our alternative farm. “CountryHouse 2 Rivers” is located in the village of Kolokynthou, just 5 km from the town of Kastoria. An area with lovely grass and trees for peace and relaxation, and the opportunity to experience life on the farm.
You can cook the food of your choice on the barbecue or in our traditional wood-fired oven, for unique and delicious gastronomic experiences.
Access to our place is easy because we are located on the Provincial Road of Nestori-Kastoria. At 700m from us there is a supermarket, cafeteria, tavern, butcher, bus stop.
Our farmhouse has enough space to park your motorhome, but also nice shaded corners to pitch your tent. We also have igloo tents for rent. The farm is an alternative because it runs on solar panels, meaning there is limited electricity for your needs.
Ideal for family holidays. Pets are allowed. The place is fenced.
Nearby destinations: The town of Kastoria is 5 km away. Nestorio is 20 km away, where you can swim in the river Aliakmonas at the “river party” in the summer months. The historical mountain Gramos is 56km away. If you like winter sports, the Vitsi ski centre is just 30km away. For some sightseeing, 8km from the farm, the prehistoric lake settlement of Dispilio and the Dragon’s Cave in Kastoria.
There are also various outdoor activities from which you can choose, such as hiking, climbing, river hiking, road trips, and we are also local mountain guides.
