Camping Lakeside

• Relatively new camping (open 2018). Very well maintained, grass and trees cut, showers and WC clean and in good condition. • Own small beach with cozy covered sitting area by it. • Igor and Emili (hope I spell the names right?) very kind and hospitable hosts, done their best to our requests. • Small local mini-market about 50 m. Fish restaurant next door (famous for fish soup for breakfast). Struga reachable on bicycle (~ 3 km), mostly on a bike/walk path, with a few children's playgrounds on the way. • €10 per night (2+1 in a camper). Washing machine €2. • "Emergency" fridge with some soft drinks and beer available. • Definitely 5 stars, although there still could be a few things to make the place even better (we'd appreciate grey water outlet or hot water for dish washing).

Very very nicely done small family-run camping spot right at the shore of the Ohrid Lake. We stayed longer than initially planned because we loved the stylish and cozy place so much. Easily the best camping ground in Macedonia and one of the best in the Balkans!

Looking for night stay after crossing border from Albania, nice location on the bank of the lake. Nice, small, clean and tidy campsite.

We really enjoyed staying at Lakeside camp. It's small campsite on the shore of lake Ohrid. All facilites are clean and very well maintained. The owners are very nice and hospitable. The restaurant next door also offers delicious fish from Lake Ohrid.
