The plot is located in an excellent natural spot next to Lake Kallifytou, 2 km from the town of Drama, in front of a forest with plane trees and access to the paved road.
The site is 12 acres, has water, and accepts caravans, and campers even for several months.
From this point starts the hiking trail of Kallifytou, a bicycle path and the hill of Korylovos with the Aeolos Drama Air Club, where you can experience parachute flights.
In a short distance, you can live unique experiences, such as visiting the Lazaridis winery, the day and night bird park, the archaeological museum, the Petrousa gorge, the springs of Agia Varvara in the city centre, the waterfalls of  Skaloti, the cave of Aggitis and the forest of Elatia.
Skiing, mountaineering, hiking, mountain biking, river rafting and 44 trails are among the outdoor sports activities available.
