Camping MITIKAS is named after Mount Olympus’ highest summit, which is also Greece’s highest point at 2917 meters. Camp Mitikas has been giving the best of Greek hospitality for nearly twenty-five years, having been founded in 1976. We put a lot of effort into maintaining the site clean and neat so that our guests may rest and enjoy themselves among the trees.
Over 200 trees give natural shade from the sun and a peaceful setting for the family at the camp.
The camp is well-lit at night, and there is a security fence for further security. The water is safe to drink because it comes straight from the Olympus springs. On both sides of the camp, there are bathrooms and showers with hot water for visitors’ convenience, and we have specialized rooms for dishwashing, clothes washing, and ironing for visitors’ convenience. Showers, toilets, and hot water are available in two main building blocks.
Our guests will find designated areas for dishwashing, laundry, and ironing. Camping Mitikas offers twenty well-equipped bungalows on the ground or first floor for rent. They all have their own kitchens, televisions, refrigerators, and showers. Half of the apartments have views of Mount Olympus while the rest have views of the sea to the east. Our visitors can relax and enjoy the view from their own balcony, which is equipped with a table and chairs.
Our guests have the option of renting the rooms for the night or for bed and breakfast. They can cook their own meals or dine in our restaurant for great Greek cuisine. A traditional Greek restaurant and a well-equipped supermarket are also available on site.
Only guests who have booked can leave a review.
