It features a well-equipped kitchen, a combined living and dining room, one bedroom with a double bed, and another room with a single bed. The spacious sofa in the living room can accommodate an additional guest. The house is fully furnished and equipped for your convenience. It is just a 10-minute drive from the sea. Additionally, the property includes a yard and parking space.
Due to its advantage, the accommodation has a unique view of the Aegean Sea and is less than 40 minutes away from many well-known beaches of Evia such as Thapsa, Tsilaros, Korasida and Chiliadou.
The island of Skyros is also just 1 hour by ferry from the port of Kymi, which is just two kilometers from the campsite by the rural road.
The plot also has various trees such as lemon, orange, fig, plum and apricot trees and you are welcome to attend or participate in the congregation and of course enjoy the fruits.
